Marketing Analytics Manager

About the Role

You will improve marketing decision velocity by producing actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Platform to define and measure success for growth initiatives, prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, mentor 1–2 direct reports, manage marketing measurement and attribution, work across analytics tools, and design process and tooling improvements using modern ML/LLM approaches.

Requirements

  • Mastery of SQL
  • Mastery of Python
  • Experience with dbt
  • Familiarity with attribution customer segmentation marketing mix modeling and A/B testing
  • Experience with data visualization and storytelling
  • Experience with Google Analytics Brandwatch Segment Mixpanel Cube Preset and HubSpot
  • Proven success working on cross-functional teams and managing concurrent projects
  • Demonstrable interest in Web3 and exposure to on-chain data
  • Willingness to submit to employment background checks

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing leadership to define and measure success for growth initiatives
  • Coach mentor and manage 1-2 direct reports
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and presentations for senior leadership
  • Operate across the marketing analytics stack to ensure stakeholder access to insights
  • Execute on attribution and marketing performance measurement roadmaps
  • Identify opportunities to improve return on marketing investments and follow up to measure impact
  • Design and implement process and tooling improvements including LLM-based solutions
