Marketing Executive

About the Role

You will develop and execute content and social media strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of products. You will create both short-form social posts and long-form articles, host Twitter Spaces, webinars, and in-person events, and use metrics to optimize campaigns. You will coordinate content calendars, align with cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain strong community engagement across platforms.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in content marketing and writing
  • Proven experience running growth marketing campaigns for technical audiences
  • Strong creative and writing skills for micro-content and long-form articles
  • Good knowledge of DeFi, Crypto, Blockchain, and Web3 technologies
  • Experience organizing and hosting virtual and in-person events
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively in a startup environment
  • Proficiency in engaging target audiences across multiple platforms in real time
  • Familiarity with photography, copywriting, design, and basic video editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute campaign strategies to drive product awareness and adoption
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new engagement opportunities
  • Monitor and report on social media community growth and health
  • Develop and coordinate a content calendar across marketing channels
  • Write and produce long-form and short-form content and marketing assets
  • Host and facilitate Twitter Spaces, webinars, and other virtual events
  • Organize, plan, and host in-person events such as seminars and workshops
  • Establish and maintain community engagement best practices
  • Develop understanding of Web3 consumers and app developers to tailor content
  • Monitor KPIs and marketing metrics and use data to optimize strategy
