Marketing Lead
About the Role
You will own and execute the marketing and brand strategy to drive founder applications. You will create and lead content across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, the Good Game podcast, video, blog, and DAO communications. You will run live events such as Demo Days and MVP Hackathons, manage contractors, launch creative campaigns, and track, analyze, and optimize campaigns using data and modern AI tools. You will shape the brand voice for crypto-native and Gen Z audiences and operate as a hands-on individual contributor.
Requirements
- Crypto-native with understanding of culture, memes, and market cycles
- Proven marketing track record at a leading crypto protocol, fund, or top-tier tech/VC firm
- Able to speak authentically to founders and Gen Z audiences
- Exceptional at X (Twitter) and ability to grow beyond core crypto audiences
- Hands-on individual contributor orientation; will execute without building a team
- Extremely high agency, entrepreneurial, and self-driven
- Comfortable using modern AI tools to increase velocity
- Preferred: network of NYC creatives (video, photography, etc.)
- Preferred: experience as marketing lead at top crypto protocols, tier-1 VC, or product marketing at major tech firms
