Marketing Lead
About the Role
You will own growth KPIs and brand awareness, leading marketing initiatives end-to-end. You will coordinate with product, engineering, and business teams to prioritise features that improve signup conversion and growth. You will experiment rapidly with channels, develop brand messaging and storytelling, and set measurable targets to grow new user acquisition and social reach.
Requirements
- B2C experience in web and mobile apps
- Exceptional communication
- Experience with OKR and KPI driven businesses
- Familiarity with games
- Prior purchase of an NFT or cryptocurrency
- Experience balancing trade offs within VC backed startup budgets

- Develop brand messaging and storytelling
- Design and run referral campaigns and game voting events
- Rapidly experiment with new and existing marketing channels
- Manage end-to-end execution with internal teams and external partners
- Set and track OKRs and KPI driven initiatives
- Advocate for necessary actions and provide constructive feedback
