Marketing Lead

About the Role

You will lead the marketing function at a fast-moving startup, owning growth KPIs and brand strategy. You will collaborate with the CEO, product, engineering and business development to prioritize features that improve signup conversion. You will design and run referral campaigns, social and acquisition experiments, and develop the company’s messaging and storytelling. You will manage end-to-end execution across internal teams and external partners, set and track OKRs and KPIs, and iterate rapidly on new channels to drive user growth.

Requirements

  • B2C experience in web and mobile apps
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience with OKR and KPI driven businesses
  • Familiarity with games and gaming audiences
  • Have purchased an NFT or cryptocurrency before
  • Ability to balance trade offs within VC backed startup budgets
