Marketing Lead
About the Role
You will lead end-to-end marketing from research and strategy through creative development, execution, and measurement. You will manage and motivate the marketing and creative staff, coordinate with product and external partners, run market research, oversee campaigns, and analyze results to continually improve performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communication, and web3
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovate
- Budget management proficiency
- Professional judgment and discretion
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends
- Familiarity with trends and methodologies in graphic design, web design, and production
