Marketing Lead
About the Role
You will own marketing strategy and execution across positioning, messaging, channels, campaigns, and measurement. You will run multiple product and ecosystem campaigns, design and scale an ambassador and creator program, and test new channels and creative incentive experiments. You will translate complex onchain concepts into clear narratives, content, and campaigns, and partner with product and business development to feed insights back into roadmap and positioning.
Requirements
- Experience using quest and incentive products in web3 (e.g., Galxe, Layer3, RabbitHole, Zealy)
- Experience running an ambassador or creator program or similar KOL or campus rep programs
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong execution skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects across internal launches and external partners without dropping tasks
- Strong product intuition and ability to shape messaging from first principles
- Comfort brainstorming creative ideas and narrowing to realistic, testable experiments
- Experience building playbooks and launching new channels from zero
- Experience with B2B or ecosystem marketing to teams, protocols, wallets, or developer/partner audiences (nice to have)
- Prior experience at a crypto startup in growth, marketing, ecosystem, or community roles (nice to have)
- Comfort working with onchain data and basic performance metrics including dashboards, attribution, CAC, and ROI (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Own marketing strategy and execution, including positioning, messaging, channels, campaigns, and measurement
- Run multiple campaigns in parallel such as product launches, ecosystem partnerships, ambassador initiatives, and creator collaborations
- Design and scale an ambassador and creator program that drives repeat usage of Boost-powered quests and incentives
- Explore and test new channels such as Farcaster, quest platforms, mini-apps, onchain communities, and events
- Translate complex onchain concepts into clear narratives, content, and campaigns
- Experiment with creative stunts and incentive experiments, then codify successful approaches into playbooks
- Partner with product, business development, and founders to incorporate campaign insights into roadmap and positioning
