Marketing Manager
About the Role
You will plan, run, and optimize digital marketing initiatives across organic and paid channels, including SEO and PPC. You will manage social media content and scheduling, monitor campaign performance and report insights, coordinate external agencies and budgets, and handle merchandise production and event logistics.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing organic and paid digital campaigns
- Experience with SEO and PPC (e.g., Google Ads)
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
- Strong vendor, agency, and project management skills
- Proficiency in tracking digital metrics and producing performance reports
- Creativity and drive to propose and execute innovative ideas
- Web3 or crypto knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with the Irish fintech market is a plus
Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO and paid advertising
- Manage social media channels and schedule content
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and social media performance
- Serve as the primary contact for external marketing agencies
- Manage marketing budgets for campaigns and agencies
- Lead merchandise design, production, inventory, and distribution
- Coordinate event logistics for branding, collateral, and merchandise
