Marketing Manager
About the Role
You will support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, produce and coordinate marketing content, and translate technical product updates into clear communications. You will coordinate partner co-marketing activities, maintain marketing processes and documentation, track campaign performance and KPIs, and help prepare materials and logistics for events and community engagements. You will work closely with product, operations/legal, and leadership to ensure outputs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with priorities.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles (ideally Web3, crypto, fintech, or financial services)
- Knowledge of crypto markets and derivatives trading (perpetuals, futures, options, rates products) and ability to market to institutional and professional trading audiences
- Hands-on execution mindset with strong project management skills
- Experience working with product and technical teams to produce publishable outputs
- Strong writing and editing skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience supporting community and ecosystem engagement
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred
Responsibilities

- Coordinate partner co-marketing activities and assets
- Maintain marketing processes and documentation (content calendars, launch checklists, asset libraries)
- Track campaign performance and report basic KPIs; suggest incremental improvements
- Prepare materials and coordinate event and community engagements
- Collaborate with product, ops/legal, and leadership to ensure accuracy and compliance
