Marketing Operations (Contract)

About the Role

You will assist with campaign execution tasks such as list segmentation, email builds and deployments, Salesforce campaign setup, workflow creation, and form development. You will identify and resolve integration issues between marketing tools to maintain uptime and data consistency. You will monitor and manage lead data, ensuring accurate routing, enrichment, and timely notifications. You will respond to operational requests via a ticketing system and perform ongoing data hygiene activities including UTM audits and database clean-up. You will support ad-hoc marketing operations projects to improve efficiency, reporting, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations in fast-paced SaaS environments
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce including campaigns reporting and lead management
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot including automation workflows forms and email campaigns
  • Experience with LeanData for lead routing
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Zapier or n8n
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving system or process issues
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and process consistency
  • Self-starter with ownership mindset able to operate independently in an individual contributor role

  • Support ad-hoc marketing operations initiatives to enhance efficiency, reporting, and scalability
