Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager

About the Role

You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams, conduct analysis to identify target audiences and trends, plan execute and measure marketing campaigns across channels, streamline processes, manage budgets and marketing technologies, monitor industry trends, report results to leadership, collaborate with product developer relations and business development, coordinate with external agencies, and track community engagement programs adjusting resources based on performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations preferably in technology or blockchain
  • Strong understanding of Web3 blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency ecosystem
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience with marketing analytics and measurement tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for blockchain technology and the Arbitrum ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Oversee implementation of marketing technologies and tools
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform strategy
  • Report campaign timelines results and learnings to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Align marketing efforts with product developer relations and business development
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute initiatives
  • Track performance of community engagement programs including ambassador program and KOL marketing and adjust resource allocation
