Member of Client Operations, Custody
About the Role
You will support daily custody operations for institutional clients by reviewing, verifying, and approving transactions, executing operational processes end-to-end, and managing client requests in a risk-conscious manner. You will learn product features and supported cryptocurrencies, navigate tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and Looker, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues, participate in evening and weekend on-call rotations, and escalate risks when identified.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in financial services and/or digital asset industry
- Experience supporting institutional client operations in a regulated environment
- Familiarity with US Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements
- Working knowledge of traditional financial services products and institutional client operations
- Basic understanding of blockchain, tokens, staking, and governance
- Ability to use tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and Looker
- Ability to execute end-to-end client operations accurately and timely
- Experience communicating via chat, text, telephone, email, and video conference
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly as products and processes evolve
