Member of Client Operations, Fiat (Wire/ACH Operations)
About the Role
You will support the processing and reconciliation of institutional client cash movements, primarily via wire and ACH. You will review, verify, and approve transactions accurately and promptly, investigate and resolve operational inquiries, and perform reconciliations of cash accounts. You will follow established procedures and internal controls, maintain an understanding of relevant regulations such as Regulation E and Dodd-Frank, and escalate risks when identified. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop operational solutions, produce reporting, and use systems like Salesforce, JIRA, and Looker to execute end-to-end fiat operations.
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in banking operations with a focus on wire processing
- Knowledge of payment systems
- Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions
- Familiarity with US Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements
- Understanding of Regulation E and Dodd-Frank rules
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and as part of a team
- Experience supporting institutional client operations or in a heavily regulated industry
- Proactive attitude and ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Experience using Salesforce, JIRA, and Looker
- Ability to execute end-to-end fiat operations

- Manage operational tasks for institutional clients
- Develop and execute operational processes to support client needs
- Review and approve transactions
- Execute and monitor daily processing of client cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers via wire and ACH
- Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of cash accounts
- Investigate and resolve operational inquiries and issues related to cash transactions
- Ensure processes adhere to procedures and internal controls
- Maintain understanding of relevant regulations including Regulation E and Dodd-Frank
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operational solutions
