Member of Global Operations Strategic Initiatives

About the Role

You will coordinate and drive strategic initiatives across Global Operations, supporting program planning, governance, and regulatory diligence. You will prepare high quality presentation materials for leadership and board audiences, maintain controls and reporting libraries, and support periodic committee reporting and ad hoc strategic projects. You will liaise with cross functional stakeholders, coordinate meetings, and communicate project status clearly to influence outcomes and ensure timely resolution of operational issues and audit findings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a business analyst in advisory, strategy consulting, banking, venture capital, or similar fields
  • Experience writing, editing, or reviewing technical documents in regulatory or banking contexts
  • Experience supporting senior members of global organizations
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Strong written communication skills for varied seniority audiences
  • Ability to drive efficiency through data driven analysis

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resolution and reporting of operational issues and audit findings
  • Provide program management support for annual strategic planning and ad hoc runs
  • Perform due diligence for new regulated activities
  • Conduct research and analysis for committee reporting and leadership updates
  • Maintain and update controls library with cross functional stakeholders
  • Perform governance related reviews to meet client needs
  • Partner with Corporate Planning to define and deliver MIS reporting
  • Develop executive level presentation materials for internal and board audiences
  • Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support for senior leaders
  • Communicate project status and proactively share information affecting stakeholders
