About the Role
In this role you will lead day-to-day operations for a blockchain product team and manage the backlog of features and maintenance. You will define requirements and roadmaps, research protocol integrations, and build on-chain solutions including custody, staking, and governance support. You will write high-quality PRDs, drive cross-team initiatives, communicate roadmaps to stakeholders, and coordinate requirements with compliance, legal, and operations. You will work closely with sales, design, and engineering to unblock teams and ensure delivery.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant product management experience
- Experience driving and managing complex cross-team projects
- Background in engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Autonomous decision making and strong problem-solving ability
- Experience with blockchain and web3 companies not required
Responsibilities
- Define requirements and roadmap for blockchain integrations
