About the Role
You will manage the day-to-day work of a blockchain product team, defining requirements and roadmaps and delivering on chain integrations that support custody, staking, and governance. You will research protocol integrations, develop on chain solutions, manage the backlog, write clear product requirement documents, lead cross-team initiatives, and coordinate with compliance, legal, and operations. You will communicate the roadmap, educate stakeholders and your scrum team, collaborate with sales, design, and engineering, and unblock the team to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant product management experience
- Experience driving and managing complex projects across multiple teams
- Background in engineering or technical experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions
- Focus on end user experience and creating business value
- Empathy and adaptability to different working styles
- Experience with blockchain and web3 companies not required
Responsibilities
