Member of Product Design, Digital Assets
About the Role
You will develop a deep understanding of product problems and design novel solutions for institutional digital asset workflows. You will research and engage customers, explore and narrow solutions, create sketches, flow diagrams, interfaces and prototypes, and build modular design systems. You will lead large, ambiguous projects, break them into actionable initiatives, prioritize work, and align outcomes with product and engineering. You will communicate complex issues clearly, write and present design rationale, give and receive feedback, and mentor other designers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing complex enterprise products
- Knowledge of financial and crypto products
- Ability to define strategy and solve cross-platform challenges across iOS and Web
- Ownership of the design process and ability to articulate design decisions
- Deep understanding of usable, accessible, and scalable modular designs
- Excellent communication and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments
- Experience partnering with product managers and engineers on feature strategy
- Ability to give and receive feedback and mentor other designers
- Compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work and design thinking
