Member of Product Marketing, Protocols
About the Role
You will translate protocol mechanics (consensus, staking, settlement, interoperability, incentives) into clear market-ready messaging and produce high-quality content such as protocol overviews, explainers, white papers, launch briefs, FAQs, and sales and partner enablement materials. You will own the end-to-end narrative for protocol products, develop differentiated positioning for technical and non-technical audiences, lead go-to-market planning for launches and upgrades, define target audiences and tailor messaging, act as the voice of the market to Product and Engineering, influence roadmap prioritization with customer and ecosystem insights, and ensure consistent messaging across documentation, the website, sales, and external communications.
Requirements
- Comfort writing short-form and long-form content for an institutional audience
- Deep knowledge of crypto
- Experience leading marketing campaigns in a cross-functional environment
- Intellectual curiosity to surface client and market insights
- Desire to become an expert in technical product features and influence differentiation
