Member of Product, Wealth and Asset Management
About the Role
You will drive product strategy and own the product roadmap for Wealth and Asset Management solutions. You will work directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable products. You will partner with engineering and design, run product development ceremonies, identify and remove blockers, balance technical debt with feature work, and ensure robust reporting and reconciliation capabilities for institutional clients. You will lead cross-functional stakeholders and the Product Design Engineering (PDE) collaboration to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable digital asset services.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant product management experience
- Demonstrated success as a product manager in fintech or cryptocurrency
- Practical knowledge of banking and capital markets including OTC and exchange trading, settlements or clearing
- Strong work experience with blockchain technology and on-chain transactions
- Background in engineering to collaborate effectively with technical teams
- Solid grasp of blockchain and cryptographic security measures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions
