Member of Technical Staff Data Platform
About the Role
You will design and drive data architectural patterns and platform design. You will build and maintain ELT models to create warehouses and usable data sets. You will build and maintain cloud data platform infrastructure and manage large scale data sets in both streaming and batch. You will lead adoption of data hygiene and best practices, translate business use cases into data models, process diverse data sources (SQL, PubSub, API, event-sourced state), collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to analytical design patterns.
Requirements
- Experience processing a variety of data sources including SQL PubSub API and event-sourced state
- Expertise in translating business use cases into data models to support analysis
- Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and data services such as GCP AWS Azure and data tooling
- Ability to move quickly and pivot as business needs change
