Member of Technical Staff, Domain Engineering
About the Role
You will ensure a robust and scalable technology stack that enables product teams to deliver customer-facing features. You will build and maintain shared libraries and standards, lead observability and performance efforts, foster deterministic testing practices, and ship code that impacts the entire organization. You will collaborate across teams, communicate technical designs to non-technical stakeholders, and drive improvements in code quality and developer productivity.
Requirements
- Expert coding skills in Go
- Proven experience establishing shared libraries across teams
- Proven experience with observability systems including metrics logging tracing and alerting
- Experience delivering code that impacts multiple teams or the whole organization
- Experience working on cross functional projects and integrations
- Strong communication influence and stakeholder management skills
