Member of Technical Staff Hardware Security Modules
About the Role
You will develop and maintain the secure low-level software that powers Hardware Security Modules and related infrastructure. You will create shared libraries and APIs, refactor code to reduce complexity, and build deterministic test infrastructure. You will review peers' code to ensure security invariants, diagnose and solve deep, ambiguous problems, and break large projects into deliverable tasks. You will mentor other engineers in your domain, share knowledge to avoid single points of failure, and communicate technical trade-offs and priorities clearly across teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in C
- Proficiency in C++
- Experience with secure low-level C/C++ programming
- Experience with kernel development or hardening
- Experience with embedded systems
- Deep understanding of cryptography
- Knowledge of RSA
- Knowledge of ECDSA
- Knowledge of BLS
- Experience with code signing
- Knowledge of network security
- Knowledge of authentication
- Knowledge of authorization
- Proven experience shipping secure frameworks, libraries, or services
- Strong emphasis on code quality and test infrastructure
- Focus on end-user experience and business value
