Member of Technical Staff, Stablecoin
About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain the core services that power a regulated stablecoin issuance platform. You will implement minting, burning, pausing, and blocklisting features while ensuring auditability and compliance. You will write secure, tested production code in languages like Go, C++, Java, TypeScript, and Solidity, own services end-to-end, and build monitoring and reconciliation systems for on-chain and off-chain operations. You will collaborate with auditors, partners, and internal teams to ship production-ready systems and influence the technical roadmap to improve resilience and security.
Requirements
- Proven experience building complex distributed systems in production
- Strong fundamentals in concurrency, algorithms, and systems design
- Experience designing and scaling API-first services (REST, gRPC, GraphQL)
- Proficiency in one or more of Go, C++, Java, TypeScript, Solidity, or Rust
- Experience with blockchain technologies and on-chain safety
- Experience writing secure, well-tested, production-grade code
- Familiarity with KMS/HSM integrations and secure key management
- Experience with ledger-based systems where correctness of balance-impacting operations is critical
- Knowledge of cryptography and common crypto algorithms (RSA, ECDSA), code signing, authentication, authorization, and network security
