About the Role
You will work as a full‑stack engineer improving the client onboarding experience by building front-end enhancements and back-end APIs. You will capture and maintain audit-grade data and implement transaction monitoring and screening to detect risk, fraud, and money laundering. You will break down and lead medium-to-large projects, design maintainable and extensible systems, write and maintain tests, and collaborate with compliance, customer experience, legal, and third-party systems. You will mentor peers, communicate trade-offs, and drive solutions end-to-end with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- Experience building complex distributed systems
- Strong emphasis on code quality and test infrastructure
- Experience designing extensible architecture
- Computer science fundamentals including concurrency, algorithm and data structure knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and mentoring others
