Motion Graphic Designer (GFX)
About the Role
You will design, animate, and edit motion graphics and video assets from concept to final render. You will create GIFs, videos, and templates for web and social, transform complex data into engaging motion visualizations, and build a motion library to support editors. You will manage multiple projects independently, incorporate feedback, and stay current on design and animation tools and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, motion, typography, and layout
- Proficiency in After Effects and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience with storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation/rendering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Design compelling visuals and bring them to life through motion
- Create GIFs, videos, and templates for web, social, and other digital platforms
- Produce detailed visualizations and motion assets to support marketing and promotional initiatives
- Transform complex data into clear, engaging motion graphics
- Build and maintain a robust motion library to empower editors and the media team
- Uphold and evolve the brand identity and align creative output with guidelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate strategic objectives into creative solutions
- Incorporate feedback professionally to deliver polished, high-quality results
- Manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Stay current on design trends and tools and explore new techniques to improve workflow
- Tackle unexpected challenges and projects with creativity and adaptability
