Network Business Development
About the Role
You will lead the network in APAC, build and nurture relationships with exchanges, fiat partners, on and off ramps, and other network providers. You will act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential partners and coordinate with business, product, and R&D. You will drive adoption of Off-Exchange Settlement, identify and onboard banks, exchanges, custodians, and on/off ramp providers, and conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities. You will represent the network at industry events and client meetings across APAC, provide market insights and feedback to the global team, and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales to align and support regional initiatives. You will travel frequently throughout APAC and work independently as well as part of a global team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the cryptocurrency, stablecoin, or payments industry in a customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of the APAC crypto and digital asset landscape, including exchanges and payment providers for on/off ramps
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout the APAC region
- Ideally located in Singapore; other major financial centres in APAC will be considered
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a bonus

- Identify and onboard strategic partners including banks, exchanges, custodians, and on/off ramp providers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify network opportunities and trends
- Represent the network at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across APAC
- Provide market insights and feedback to the global team
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales to align and support regional initiatives
