NUVA Institutional Sales Manager

About the Role

You will manage the full deal lifecycle with institutional clients, from sourcing and outreach through negotiation, closing, onboarding, and ongoing account management. You will build and maintain relationships with banks, funds, asset managers, DAOs, and large protocols; develop pitches, financial models, and deal structures; lead negotiations; and coordinate with legal, compliance, product, and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of institutional sales experience in Finance or Web3
  • Proven track record sourcing, structuring, and closing deals with institutional partners
  • Established network among asset managers, funds, banks, DAOs, and large Web3 protocols or foundations
  • Strong understanding of financial products, Web3, RWA, and DeFi
  • Highly proactive and results-oriented
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills; Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, product, and design teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end deal cycles with TradFi institutions and large Web3 organizations
  • Drive capital deals for NUVA products
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at banks, funds, asset managers, institutions, DAOs, and major protocols
  • Develop pitches, financial models, and deal structures for different institutional segments
  • Lead negotiations from first contact through final closing
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account management for institutional clients
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, product, and other internal teams
