NUVA Marketing Manager
About the Role
You will strategize, plan, and execute marketing initiatives to grow the product audience, brand awareness, and protocol engagement. You will track and analyze key engagement metrics to optimize content and campaigns, and help create blog and article content for distribution. You will manage end-to-end community building initiatives and events, oversee community management vendors for platforms such as Discord and Telegram, and actively monitor and address mentions and negative sentiment. You will own the day-to-day operations of the NUVA Finance X handle, create posts and threads, collaborate with design to produce visual assets, and engage with key opinion leaders and other protocols to expand reach.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record growing Web3 brands
- Deep interest in and strong understanding of Web3, RWA and DeFi
- Strong portfolio of viral, thought-leading content and effective community engagement
- Strong strategic marketing skills from concept to execution and analysis
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills; Cantonese and Mandarin a plus
- Basic graphic design skills or knowledge a plus
- Self-motivated and proactive; able to lead projects and deliver on tight deadlines
- Prior experience liaising with external vendors and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with performance analytics tools for social media
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Strategize, plan and execute marketing initiatives to grow audience and protocol engagement

- Support creation and distribution of blog and article content
- Develop marketing materials in coordination with events and marketing teams
- Manage end-to-end community building initiatives and events (Twitter Spaces, podcasts, in-person events)
- Oversee and manage community management vendors for Discord and Telegram
- Monitor mentions across social media and news outlets and address adverse news or negative sentiment
- Establish and maintain best practices and high engagement in online communities
- Own day-to-day operations of the NUVA Finance X handle and create posts and threads
- Collaborate with art and design teams to produce videos, animations, graphics and other visual assets
- Engage with KOLs and other RWA and DeFi protocols on Crypto Twitter to expand reach
