NUVA Marketing Manager
About the Role
You will strategize, plan, and execute marketing initiatives to grow NUVA’s audience, brand awareness, and protocol engagement. You will track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize content and campaigns, create blog and article content, and coordinate marketing materials with events and design teams. You will manage end-to-end community initiatives and vendors for platforms like Discord and Telegram, monitor mentions across social media and news, address adverse sentiment, and establish community best practices. You will own day-to-day operations of the NUVA Finance X handle, create posts and threads that highlight the platform narrative and products, collaborate with art and design to produce visual assets, and actively engage with KOLs, RWA and DeFi protocols on Crypto Twitter.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing with proven Web3 brand growth
- Deep understanding of Web3 RWA and DeFi
- Proven portfolio of viral and thought-leading content and community engagement
- Strategic marketing skills from concept to execution and analysis
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese are a plus
- Basic graphic design skills or knowledge a plus
- Self-motivated and proactive with ability to lead projects and meet tight deadlines
- Experience liaising with external vendors and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with social media performance analytics tools
- Creativity and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities

- Develop marketing materials in collaboration with Events and Marketing teams
- Manage and organize end-to-end NUVA community initiatives and events
- Oversee community management vendors for Discord and Telegram
- Monitor mentions across social media and news and manage adverse sentiment
- Establish and maintain best practices to ensure high community engagement
- Own day-to-day operations of the NUVA Finance X handle
- Create posts and threads highlighting platform narrative products and development
- Collaborate with art and design teams to produce visual assets
- Engage with KOLs and other RWA and DeFi protocols on Crypto Twitter
