Offerwall Partnerships Manager
About the Role
You will acquire and manage advertisers across gaming, fintech, GPT platforms, survey networks, and affiliate ecosystems. You will source, negotiate, and onboard publishers, apps, and platforms to integrate the offerwall API. You will coordinate with product and tech teams to support integrations, tracking, and troubleshooting. You will monitor ROI, conversion rates, retention, and payouts and optimize live offers. You will analyze market trends in incentivized user acquisition and maintain offer setup, compliance checks, and payout accuracy.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in offerwalls, performance advertising, incentivized user acquisition, GPT/task apps, affiliate networks, or mobile gaming CPI/CPA sales
- Existing relationships with advertisers, ad networks, gaming studios, GPT platforms, and/or publishers preferred
- Proven track record of acquiring advertisers or scaling publisher traffic in a performance environment
- Solid understanding of CPI and CPA payout models, attribution, conversion funnels, and ARPU optimization
- Ability to manage integrations via APIs, postbacks, and tracking platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, TUNE, Affise, HasOffers)
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence managing revenue-impacting deals
- Data-driven mindset and comfort working with dashboards, performance analytics, and KPIs
- Self-starter able to operate independently in a fast-moving remote-first startup environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Acquire new advertisers across gaming, fintech, GPT platforms, survey networks, and performance ecosystems
- Manage and grow advertiser relationships focused on CPI, CPA, and hybrid payout structures
- Source, negotiate, and onboard publishers, apps, and platforms to integrate the offerwall API
- Build and scale a global publisher network to deliver consistent high-quality user volume
- Identify new offer sources and maintain a diversified advertiser mix across geographies and verticals
- Coordinate with product and tech teams to support integrations, track conversions, and troubleshoot delivery issues
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize live offers based on ROI, conversion rates, retention, and payouts
- Analyze market trends in the incentivized UA and task-app ecosystem to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain operational hygiene including offer setup, compliance checks, payout accuracy, and competitive benchmarking
