Offerwall User Acquisition Lead
About the Role
You will own the full user acquisition strategy across programmatic media buying, incentivized channels, affiliate networks, and influencer-driven acquisition. You will drive large-scale user volume from offerwalls, GPT platforms, task networks, survey routers, and reward communities. You will build, optimize, and maintain onboarding funnels to increase activation, first-task conversion, and early retention. You will partner with Product and Data to identify friction points, run conversion experiments, and improve funnel performance. You will own lifecycle and CRM programs including email flows, push notifications, in-app triggers, and re-activation campaigns. You will analyze traffic daily to optimize ROI, conversion rates, EPC, ARPU, churn, and LTV. You will test new acquisition channels, manage budgets and pacing, onboard UA partners, and create reporting dashboards to monitor growth KPIs and communicate performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years in user acquisition growth marketing or performance marketing at a reward app offerwall GPT platform survey network mobile gaming or similar incentivized ecosystem
- Deep experience with CPI and CPA traffic performance campaigns and incentivized acquisition sources
- Strong knowledge of offerwall dynamics reward apps task apps and online earning funnels
- Proven track record scaling high-volume user acquisition and improving conversion and retention funnels
- Experience running CRM and lifecycle programs including email push and onboarding flows
- Highly analytical and fluent in data-driven decision-making funnel metrics attribution retention metrics and A/B testing
- Familiarity with attribution tools and tracking systems such as AppsFlyer Adjust TUNE Affise postbacks and API integrations
- Ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams on funnel onboarding and retention improvements
- Strong communication skills and comfort taking ownership in a fast-moving remote-first environment

- Create reporting dashboards to monitor growth KPIs and communicate performance to leadership
