Office Manager

About the Role

You will run the office smoothly each day. You will handle office supply orders, coordinate repairs and maintenance, communicate with vendors and service providers, manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, oversee equipment handovers and returns, handle document flow and administrative paperwork, organize office events, support onboarding, manage access cards, register and upload invoices, assist with signing documents, and support office projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in office management or HR administration
  • Good communication skills in Lithuanian and English
  • Russian language skills are a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, stay flexible, and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
