Office Manager (Part-Time)
About the Role
You will serve as the on-site support for daily office operations. You will prepare meeting rooms, manage supplies and micro kitchen stocking, coordinate vendors and building services, handle deliveries and maintenance, order lunches, and provide logistical and administrative support to senior leadership. You will also plan and execute in-office events and ensure the office is welcoming and operational each morning. The role requires working on-site for a short daily shift with flexibility for occasional needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, hospitality, or workplace operations
- Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday for 4 hours per day (standard schedule: 8:30 AM–1:00 PM) with some flexibility
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and reliability
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and enthusiasm for DeFi and blockchain technology
- Preferred: Experience supporting senior executives (CEO/leadership team)
- Preferred: Proficiency with workplace and scheduling tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
Responsibilities
- Serve as on-site support for daily office needs and requests including coffee service, light hospitality, and day-to-day logistics
- Plan a monthly stocking plan for office supplies and micro kitchen including snacks, coffee and drinks
- Order lunches for team as needed
- Prepare office and reserve meeting rooms for in-person meetings including setup, supplies, cleanliness, A/V readiness, and presentation
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, fully operational, stocked and welcoming each morning with daily walkthroughs and readiness checks
- Coordinate office cleaning and related requests with WeWork and building services
- Coordinate with vendors and building management for deliveries, maintenance, and office services
- Support the CEO with logistics coordination and ad hoc requests including meeting prep, travel-related support, and administrative tasks
- Plan and coordinate in-office and culture-building events including logistics, vendors, setup, and on-site support
