Operations Associate
About the Role
You will leverage your consulting or internal operations experience to ensure smooth, efficient company operations. You will build and improve reimbursement processes, create reports and dashboards to surface progress, project manage initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines, coordinate multiple workstreams, and analyze workflows to identify efficiencies.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in consulting or company operations
- Proven project management experience delivering outcomes under tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and context switch effectively
- Strong analytical skills and experience creating reports and dashboards
- Passion for Web3
