Operations Manager
About the Role
You will support the launch and ongoing operation of an exchange, communicate directly with users and partners, monitor and report on risk metrics, and collaborate with product and trading teams to shape features. You will serve as an internal point of contact for key projects, assist the COO with approval and consensus flows, analyze business and market data, and be available for meetings across time zones.
