Operations Manager, Liquidity Providers

About the Role

You will ensure smooth operation of the related IT systems and business processes, monitor production metrics, and adjust administrative settings. You will investigate and lead root cause analysis of special cases, handle technical issues on liquidity provider integrations, and consult technical teams. You will oversee production support, user technical support, and job schedules, manage third-party vendor relationships, maintain up-to-date product documentation, track regulatory and reporting requirements, manage periodic audits to meet compliance and security requirements, and assist in preparing disaster recovery and business continuity plans and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field
  • 2+ years experience in operations management, project management or related role in an enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of functioning of top cryptocurrency blockchain networks
  • Knowledge of liquidity providers and custody providers
  • Familiarity with accounting of payment transactions
  • Experience working with vendor contracts and licensing
  • External customer-facing production support experience
  • Detail-oriented with superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Proactive mindset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of crypto-related legislation in top geo regions is an advantage
  • Confident spoken and written English

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation of related IT systems and business processes
  • Oversee daily metrics and adjust admin settings accordingly
  • Assist partners and team members in handling special cases and lead root cause investigations
  • Oversee production support teams, user technical support, and production job schedules
  • Handle technical issues on liquidity provider integrations and consult technical teams
  • Lead improvements of business processes related to liquidity providers
  • Monitor product metrics and keep them within set targets including costs and profit
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors for support and project management
  • Keep related product documentation full and up-to-date
  • Understand and track applicable regulatory and reporting requirements
  • Manage periodic audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and enterprise security requirements
  • Assist in preparing disaster recovery and business continuity plans, policies, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned
