OTC Trader
About the Role
You will support global trading activities across OTC and options products. You will price and execute trades, manage client inquiries and market exposure in real time, and monitor portfolios. You will perform trade reconciliation, manage positions, and contribute to risk controls. You will analyze market data, volatility surfaces, and option Greeks to inform trading decisions, and work with quant and engineering teams to improve trading systems and analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or finance related field
- Experience in an options or derivatives trading environment including internship or analyst level experience
- Strong understanding of options theory including Greeks, volatility, and risk reward trade offs
- Confident working with data using Excel, Python, or other analytical tools
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy under time pressure
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in financial innovation
Responsibilities
- Price and execute OTC and options trades and manage client inquiries and market exposure in real time
- Support senior traders with portfolio monitoring, trade reconciliation, and position management
- Contribute to risk management processes and ensure trades are executed within defined parameters
- Analyze market data, volatility surfaces, and option Greeks to support decision making
- Collaborate with quant and engineering teams to improve trading systems and analytics tools
- Monitor macro and digital asset market developments that impact trading strategies
