Partner Experience Lead, Central Operations

About the Role

You will design, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency and quality. You will enhance Operator onboarding, inflow, and offboarding processes to increase satisfaction and engagement. You will lead pilots for new operational models, define success metrics, and collect learnings to build scalable playbooks. You will develop and own dashboards and data visualizations, monitor key metrics, and use analysis to guide process refinements. You will partner with Market Operations, Product, and cross-functional teams to integrate feedback and enable data-driven improvements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in startup operations, operational strategy, or similar roles
  • Experience with funnel management and process optimization
  • Cross-cultural competency and experience working with diverse global teams
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and data literacy, including data visualization tools and SQL
  • Ability to define and monitor success metrics and translate data into action
  • Proven problem-solving and project leadership capabilities
  • Collaborative team player
