Partner Solutions Architect
About the Role
You will design and implement technical integrations with partners, acting as the technical contact throughout design and deployment. You will build reference architectures, SDK templates, proofs of concept, and integration demos. You will troubleshoot integration issues, communicate technical needs to product and engineering, and drive projects to completion.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical solutions architecture, blockchain development, or partner engineering, ideally in Fintech or Crypto
- Ability to read and understand Solidity and Rust; hands-on coding experience is a plus
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear, scalable technical designs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple integrations concurrently and work autonomously
- Enthusiasm for DeFi and open financial infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Support Business Development by scoping and designing technical solutions for partners integrating Aave
- Act as the technical point of contact throughout integration design and deployment
- Develop and maintain reference architectures, SDK templates, and documentation to streamline adoption
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and R&D to communicate partner needs and influence roadmap priorities
- Build and test proofs of concept and integration demos that demonstrate best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges to ensure smooth launches and sustained performance
- Keep internal stakeholders aligned on project timelines, dependencies, and progress across multiple integrations
