Partnerships Lead - Banking & Capital Markets, North America

About the Role

You will sign and manage priority partner relationships in North America, develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and business plans, embed Chainlink technology and products into partner operational and technology stacks, and generate and qualify early-stage pipeline through targeted discovery.

Requirements

  • 7+ years total experience with a minimum of 3+ years in banking and capital markets, institutional finance, business development, partnerships, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of TradFi and DeFi markets and their technology infrastructure
  • Experience working in a startup, fintech, or fast-paced environment with evidence of strong results
  • Strong relationship management skills to identify, build, nurture and maintain institutional client and partner relationships
  • Be based in New York City or other East Coast hubs
  • Preferred: track record in partnerships, channel sales, ISV or alliances
  • Preferred: proficiency in project management and ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives
  • Preferred: tokenization industry expertise and experience selling solutions to custodians and fund administrators
