Partnerships Lead, Blockchain Infrastructure

About the Role

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical infrastructure partnerships: find opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and manage integrations and ongoing partner relationships with on/off ramps, compliance, liquidity, and stablecoin partners. You will collaborate with Product to define and launch partner-powered products, run product discovery with partners, engage with protocol and infra engineers during integrations, create and maintain strategic partner roadmaps, and proactively communicate ecosystem developments and blockers to executive leadership. You will drive multi-quarter partnership plans and ensure integrations deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Deep experience managing and scaling strategic partnerships in crypto infrastructure or related spaces
  • Proven track record owning complex partnership categories end-to-end
  • Strong commercial skills in deal structuring and negotiation for multi-party or multi-chain deals
  • Systems-level reasoning including understanding of network effects, liquidity loops, and value exchange
  • Domain technical fluency in infrastructure or DeFi and ability to engage with engineers
  • Strategic product thinking and ability to run product discovery with partners
  • High-agency cross-functional execution skills and strong written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to manage multi-quarter partnership roadmaps in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle for critical ecosystem infrastructure partnerships
  • Source and negotiate deals with infrastructure partners
  • Manage partner integrations and ongoing partner relationships
  • Develop partnerships for on/off ramps and payments
  • Develop partnerships for compliance, insurance, and risk infrastructure
  • Develop partnerships with market makers, liquidity infrastructure, and selected CEX relationships
  • Develop stablecoin and fiat-rail related partnerships
  • Collaborate with Product to define and launch products leveraging third-party capabilities
  • Create and own the strategic roadmap for the infrastructure partner ecosystem
  • Communicate ecosystem developments, potential blockers, and strategic updates to executive leadership
  • Run product discovery and integration planning with partners
  • Engage with protocol and infrastructure engineers to enable integrations
