Partnerships Lead, Strategic Accounts
About the Role
You will lead and scale the partner ecosystem by identifying, structuring, and managing high-impact relationships across Web3 and Web2. You will design and execute a comprehensive partnership roadmap, source and prioritize partners, lead full lifecycle engagements from outreach to onboarding, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to enable launches and integrations, represent the organization at external events, and establish KPIs to measure partnership health and impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
- 3+ years experience in crypto or Web3 preferred
- Deep understanding of blockchain, L1s, L2s, DeFi, infrastructure tooling, and developer ecosystems
- Proven ability to close and scale high-value partnerships and joint ventures
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to structure complex deals and align incentives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence at all levels
- Highly autonomous and adaptable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive partnership roadmap aligned with strategic goals
- Source, evaluate, and prioritize new and existing partnerships across the crypto ecosystem
- Lead the full lifecycle of partnership engagements from outreach through onboarding and long-term management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to ensure seamless integration and partner success
- Build and nurture relationships with L1s, L2s, DeFi protocols, wallets, developer tools, custodians, and other crypto platforms
- Represent the company externally at events, conferences, and partner-facing communications
- Establish and monitor KPIs to assess partnership health and impact and iterate based on outcomes
