Partnerships Manager
About the Role
You will cultivate new and existing relationships with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and traditional companies; coordinate with internal teams to deliver world-class event experiences for sponsors; develop event-based and year-long multi-faceted partnerships; onboard partners with technology and mentors to support developers; represent the organization professionally and travel occasionally to international hackathons.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Community roles
- Passion and intrinsic interest in crypto and technology
- Experience selling products to crypto companies
- Experience planning events
- A network in crypto
- Technical background
- Experience attending and participating in hackathons
- Experience managing accounts payable (preferred)
- Familiarity with payments via wire, Stripe, and cryptocurrency
- Comfortable dealing with many moving pieces and learning new technologies
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
