Partnerships Operations Associate
About the Role
You will ensure partner data, reporting, and contracts are accurate, timely, and scalable. You will own partner data quality including commercial terms, API usage, and reporting cadence, produce regular usage reports, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate invoice reconciliation with Finance. You will validate partner usage, identify operational risks, surface structured partner feedback to Product and Engineering, and build standardized onboarding, reporting, and operational playbooks to reduce operational burden on senior leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in partner operations, customer operations, revenue operations, or OEM support
- Comfort working with usage data, reporting, and metrics with high accuracy
- Familiarity with commercial workflows such as contracts, invoicing, renewals, or SLAs
- Proven ability to manage processes end-to-end with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and GTM teams
- Clear professional written and verbal communication suitable for partner-facing interactions
- High ownership, bias for action, and comfort operating in ambiguity while building structure
Responsibilities
- Own accuracy and completeness of partner data including commercial terms, API usage, and reporting cadence
- Produce and deliver regular partner usage reports and resolve discrepancies
- Manage partner contracts including usage validation and invoice reconciliation
- Coordinate with Finance on billing and reconciliation
- Identify risks and enable partner trust and retention through reliable reporting and operational follow-through
- Streamline reporting, administrative, and GTM support processes to reduce operational burden
- Surface structured partner feedback and usage insights to Product and Engineering
- Build and refine standardized onboarding, reporting, and operational playbooks
