Payments Product Analytics - Senior Product Manager
About the Role
You will define and build core product analytics capabilities that detect and mitigate fraudulent activity and AML/CTF risks. You will instrument critical metrics, design platform-centric detection and mitigation approaches, and develop enterprise fraud and risk frameworks. You will monitor evolving threats and industry trends, assess issuing and acquiring risks, and translate analytics into actionable product features. You will work with large unstructured data, BI tools, and data science prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
Requirements
- Domain expertise in payment risks and processing methods including card network, ACH, check, virtual cards, digital wallets, and international payments
- 7+ years of product management experience with data platforms and insights products at scale
- Familiarity with large scale unstructured data
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Qlik
- Strong technical skills in SQL and R/Python
- Hypothesis testing and experimentation (A/B testing)
- Ability to balance strategy, execution, and operational activities
- Self-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent (MS/MBA preferred)
