People Business Partner
About the Role
You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across EMEA and APAC, providing guidance across the full People Ops lifecycle. You will support compensation and rewards, performance and talent management, employee relations, org design, global mobility, and day-to-day people operations. You will facilitate performance reviews, coach managers on delivering clear and equitable feedback, lead employee relations investigations, manage visa and relocation processes, ensure compliance with local employment laws, and use people analytics to inform recommendations and actions. You will also contribute to and implement global people programs regionally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HRBP experience in a global high-growth environment
- Experience supporting EMEA and APAC with knowledge of local employment frameworks
- Demonstrated success partnering with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
- Expertise in employee relations, talent management, performance, compensation, and org design
- Experience managing global mobility and visa processes
- Ability to balance strategic work with hands-on execution and navigate ambiguity
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary people business partner for managers across EMEA and APAC
- Coach managers on leadership, org design, team health, and workforce planning
- Facilitate performance reviews and development conversations
- Coach managers on delivering effective and equitable feedback
- Partner on merit cycles, promotions, leveling, and internal equity
- Advise on compensation decisions and reward frameworks
- Lead employee relations investigations and guide conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Support onboarding, internal mobility, relocations, and offboarding
- Oversee visa, immigration, and global mobility processes
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation
- Use people analytics to inform recommendations and actions
- Contribute to and implement global people initiatives regionally
