People Business Partner
About the Role
You will partner closely with functional leaders and managers to help them lead effectively through growth, ambiguity, and change. You will design scalable team structures and clarify roles, own performance management cycles including promotions and compensation discussions, and ensure compliance with employment laws across regions. You will use people data to inform decisions, handle sensitive employee relations matters with care, coach managers through performance issues and conflicts, and collaborate with PeopleOps to design practical learning initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in People roles with 4+ years as a People Business Partner
- Experience supporting leaders in scaleup or high-growth SaaS environments
- Familiarity with international employment laws and compliance
- Track record working with globally distributed teams across cultures and time zones
- Hands-on experience in organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and compensation
- Ability to have difficult conversations with empathy and sound judgment
