People Operations Associate

About the Role

You will coordinate onboarding for new joiners, maintain accurate records across HRIS, ATS and LMS, manage background checks and visa coordination, support interview scheduling and candidate logistics, assist payroll and benefits administration, identify process improvements and handle ad hoc People projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in People Operations, HR coordination or a similar role
  • Experience working with HRIS, ATS and LMS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset focused on efficient delivery
  • Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information
  • Interest in the Web3 space; Web3 experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding for new joiners including documentation, swag and system setup
  • Maintain accurate employee data across HRIS, ATS and internal tools
  • Manage employee lifecycle changes including role updates, promotions and offboarding
  • Handle background checks, visa coordination and compliance tasks
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate logistics to support recruitment
  • Maintain the learning management system ensuring content and access are up to date
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Provide administrative support for payroll, benefits and immigration
  • Assist with ad hoc People and recruitment projects
