People Partner

About the Role

You will partner closely with engineering and product managers to translate business goals into impactful People initiatives. You will design and implement career progression frameworks and learning programs, and revamp onboarding to set new hires up for success. You will provide hands-on guidance on performance, development, and team dynamics, manage HR compliance and operations including contracts, policies, and HR information systems, collaborate with People Ops and Recruiting to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle, champion belonging and culture initiatives, and use data and engagement insights to measure and continuously improve People programs.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in HRBP, People Partner, or generalist roles
  • Proven track record as a hands-on individual contributor executing projects
  • Experience partnering with engineering, data, or product teams is a strong plus
  • Experience in crypto or Web3 is a bonus
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
  • Detail-oriented and organized in managing contracts, systems, and processes
  • Skilled with Slack, G Suite, Figma, HiBob, Ashby or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bilingual or native German speaker with excellent English communication skills
  • Proactive and adaptable
