People Partner

About the Role

You will partner with business leaders to design and evolve team structures, run organizational health reviews using people analytics, and coach managers on change management. You will support performance review cycles, map career paths, and develop succession planning. You will identify learning needs, manage internship and rotation programs, track participation, contribute to employer branding and recruiting campaigns, and handle employee relations.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Recruiting Learning & Development Talent management or HRBP in a high-growth environment
  • Degree in Business Administration Human Resources or equivalent
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Background in talent and leadership management
  • Operational experience managing employee relations
  • Ability to build consensus with organizational leaders
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
